Refund policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.
1. Order Cancellations and Amendments
1.1 Orders may only be cancelled or amended within 15 minutes of submission by sending an email to info@ateliernoea.com.
1.2 Once processing or shipping has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible. Goods may be returned after delivery in accordance with Section 2.
1.3 If goods are in transit and do not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, an early refund may be considered after 30 working days (approximately 6 weeks) from the order date, provided that you have contacted us with written notice and proof of non-delivery.
2. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
2.1 Customers have the right to return goods purchased online within the applicable statutory cooling-off period (right of withdrawal). We fully comply with this right.
2.2 If you choose to return an item, you must notify us in advance and provide the shipment tracking details.
2.3 Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for covering return postage costs and arranging shipment of the parcel to the address provided by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2.4 Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, with tags intact, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
2.5 Refunds will only be processed once the returned goods have been physically received and inspected at our warehouse.
3. Refund Processing
3.1 Once the returned goods have been approved, you will receive confirmation by email.
3.2 Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
3.3 Refund processing may take up to 10–14 working days from the date we confirm receipt of the returned goods.
3.4 Early refunds are not possible prior to receiving and inspecting the returned products.
4. Return Logistics
4.1 Please note that our storage and returns warehouse is located overseas. This may result in longer shipping and transit times, which are beyond our control.
4.2 We strongly recommend using the prepaid and trackable shipping label provided by us to ensure safe delivery.
4.3 A return shall only be considered complete once the goods have been physically delivered to our warehouse.
5. General Terms
5.1 This policy operates in addition to, and does not replace, any rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.
5.2 Where your mandatory statutory rights exceed this policy, such rights shall always prevail.
5.3 We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. The most up-to-date version will always be available on our website.
