21. Returns During Promotional Periods
During sales periods or promotional events, refunds for returned items may be issued in the form of store credit instead of direct refunds.
This does not affect your legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within the applicable statutory cooling-off period (right of withdrawal).
Store credit will be issued via email within 14 days of receipt and approval of the returned goods.
