We provide secure and reliable shipping for all orders within the European Union. In certain cases, inventory management and order fulfilment may be handled by an external logistics provider or warehouse on our behalf.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Standard Delivery: 5–12 working days
General Delivery Window
On average, delivery takes one to two weeks, depending on the region.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
2. International Shipping
At present, Atelier Noéa does not ship outside the European Union.
3. Delayed or Failed Delivery
If delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control (such as strikes, natural events, or transport disruptions).
Orders shall be deemed fulfilled once tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
